Delivery by Arrangement Size
Your delivery fee is also determined by the size of the arrangement you choose. We offer three signature tiers:
- The Opulent Bloom: Delivery is complimentary (Free) for this package across all zones as part of our premium service.
- The Blossom Signature: Standard zone delivery fees apply.
- Classic Charm: Standard zone delivery fees apply.
To ensure the freshest stems, please place your order by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Please provide a precise digital address (Ghana Post GPS) or a clear landmark to ensure our couriers can find your recipient promptly.
You are always welcome to collect your arrangement directly from our boutique at 18 Giffard Road, East Cantonments, free of charge.
Delivery Terms & Conditions: Redelivery & Recipient Availability
To ensure your flowers remain as fresh as the moment they left our boutique, we kindly ask that you review our policies regarding successful delivery:
Recipient Availability: Our couriers will attempt to contact the recipient or the sender upon arrival. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the bouquet at the specified address, our team will look for a secure location to leave the arrangement, provided it is safe to do so.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If no secure location is available and we are unable to reach the recipient or sender after multiple attempts, the arrangement will be returned to our boutique at 18 Giffard Road to protect the quality of the blooms.
Redelivery Fees: In the event of a failed first delivery due to incorrect address details or recipient absence, a redelivery fee equivalent to the original zone rate will apply to schedule a second attempt.
Same-Day Holds: Returned arrangements can be held for in-store pickup until the end of the business day (6:00 PM). Please note that because flowers are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries or provide fresh replacements for bouquets that have been out for delivery and returned.
